I’ve not been good on the diet and exercise this week. I’ve just eaten whatever. My 18 mth grandson is currently in theatre for surgery. My son and his wife have another baby due in about 10 days. I’m also on holiday from work but cancelled our beach vacation as Covid is spreading fast here and we didn’t want to get stuck there if we got sick. I shudder to think what my weight will be this week.
