    Weigh in day is Monday, but I was 1,000 miles from home on that day. Using today's weight, which isn't as bad as I expected. Vacations are great, but sure feels good to be home!!

    Goals/Day/Comments: My walk today was an early morning hike at the Presidio in San Francisco. This was after a delicious dessert sourdough Belgian waffle at Boudin Bakery and Cafe at Fisherman's Wharf, and before an afternoon lunch of cheeseburger and cajun fries at Five Guys. 😋
    I won't have lost any weight today, but sometimes you just gotta enjoy life. 😇😊

    Goals/Day/Comments: patting myself on the back, I ordered a grilled chicken salad & used salsa in place of the dressing... didn't eat any of the fried food offerings at the bowling alley. I even skipped the birthday cupcakes that were being passed around. Kept my focus to make sure that the scale moved down some this week.
