@Krysless2 , and anyone else that's interested. I saw your comment on sodium and I'll tell you one thing that has helped me. Every few months I'll run a report of 1-2 weeks of my food log, especially if I've been gaining or plateaued (if you don't know how let me know and I'll explain). Then I scan it looking for heavy hitters in things like fat, carbs, sodium and sugar. When I see something significantly higher that the others I look for a substitute. (dinner at Red Robin not withstanding LOL) In the last few years I've completely overhauled my diet doing this. And it has helped tremendously!2
