Not unexpected. I’ve been sedentary stuck in this moon boot. Eating out of boredom. I’m starting to be able to move more without pain so hopefully will reign in the overeating too.2 -

It’s important to let yourself heal and don’t overdue too much too soon (speaking from experience after Achilles surgery)
