            Good Morning all
 I am going to have to resort to plan B today as we are under a red flag warning (smoke in the air at a very high rate). So no outside workout or steppin for me and Bruce outside for the next couple of days.
 So down to the treadmill I go and a Live Leslie Sansone session probably a Steel city workout with Nick or one of the Miracle Miles workout
 Looking forward to killin it this week.

 Heading to the pool soon. I plan on doing laps, arms and some fun cardio. My pain specialist wants me stretching a lot more. I am going to do stretching in the pool as well as the hot tub.5

 Thanks, I'll check out YouTube. I'm in a boot for eight weeks and supposed to keep my foot iced and elevated. Trying to follow the doctor's orders.😉

 Gahhh! I'm back to where I was on Oct 3rd. Sometimes I feel like I'm on a hamster wheel and not getting anywhere (and apparently not burning enough calories in the process). The temperature has been dropping (a lot!) and I've not been doing as much walking at my usual 5:30 am time. It looks like I'm going to have to break out the winter gear if I'm going to make some headway.2

 Here is my 2nd reminder of the people's steps I need for October week 2... Please have them in by Wednesday Evening 10/19 so that I can post the steps on Thursday... I gave everyone extra time since I will be having my foot surgery tomorrow morning ...Thanks for your understanding and cooperation

 Thank you for the reminder. My steps have been a little low because I tweaked my back a week and a half ago. It is all muscle according to the dr., which is good thing. It still hurts though. It is nothing compared to your ankle!! I hope your surgery goes well. I will be thinking about you tomorrow and sending you all positive thoughts and energy. 🧡🤗 Lee2

            Good evening. I got my car back. Woohoo. For all of my problems with the rentals, they only gave me a 25$ credit. At least I have my own back.

 Calories - 2650 I think. Forgot already.
 Exercise - pickleball for an hour. Slow walk to and from repair shop this morning, 1.25 miles each way, and walk home from rental drop-off, 1.5 miles. All with a bad back from yesterday.1
