Suzy Q Sue Sue! I am so very happy excited and scared and nervous and happy happy happy! I do so love babies. I just can not wait to snuggle and smell head and tickle little bity toes!
She has known for sometime but to worried about all life to tell me. I meet her guy today. I am afraid the dad won’t stay but I know she is strong and smart and loving enough herself.
I have so much to work for so I can be best grandma and help Jordan! She do not need to have to raise me and my babies any more too. She did say we are good practice. I am over moon happiest ever! I have so too much work to do next 6 months but I am going to believe strong capable all days!1 -

Trying some new things.. I wrote down what I call the Paper game with task to do around the house and when I am just sitting there with not much to so at work( work from home) I pull a piece of paper with a task. It gets me up and moving and stops me from constantly munching... also I have ride Bike for 10 minutes on a slip and work arms. and core work out so I am getting a little more activity.. I am also going to try to pack my lunch and breakfast like I was going to an office so I stay out of the kitchen a bit so I am not munching then also. Fingers crossed this helps.. would love to be about 199.9 by the end of this month. It is doable.

I'm still dealing with my asthma cough from covid so I haven't started to exercise. I have a greater appreciation for my lungs and look forward to not coughing. I will definitely start walking as soon as my asthma cough goes away so I can make my lungs strong again.3 -
Every time I stumble, I fall headlong into a very deep rabbit hole. My perfectionist mindset, not helpful. I am killing myself slowly by the amount of food I am eating. It is an avoidance tactic. I don't shower everyday, and I rarely leave the house. I really do need professional help, but I am a smart girl, so I feel like I should be able to figure this one out. I need to start journaling, connecting the dots. I am looking at three empty journals sitting right beside me.

Dear @HASWLRS ❤️ I struggle with many of these things. I also consider myself to be intelligent. But it’s very difficult to help ourselves without consistent support. Have you heard of Dr. Joan Ifland? She is a very helpful resource & literally wrote the book on Food Addiction. She also runs a program called Addiction Reset Community (ARC). She has many free resources and has conducted many interviews that are available on YouTube & Facebook. She also has two Facebook groups that I belong to. I learn so much from her explanations of how the brain works and some of the reasons we continue to overeat the foods that do not nourish us. This is her website: https://www.drjoanifland.com/
