I'm up .6 past my goal weight. I still haven't done any exercising but I plan to start exercising today on my treadmill and stop if I start coughing too much. Too much wind and pollen outside and it's setting off my asthma. I'm still dealing with long covid asthma. I need to get focused and lose the 1.4 lbs I gained this past week before my weight gets away from me.2 -
@maryphum you are right about the pollen! I was outside today and there was a yellow haze in the air, like a cloud of dust. Made me cough as well. Best to stay inside until it rains and clears the air a bit.2

Okay..i am back... and hope to be more active here and in life! Its time to get back to MY life not work life. These past several months have taken a serious toll on my body, mind and spirit. I am back up way too much since last year. I was at my lowest - in the mid 190s and now I am up about 20 lbs. It was a slow rise back over the past year but hit this area in Nov and held semi steady here theough all this stress and long hrs and no sleep. No more 60 and 70 hr work weeks for a while so time for me. So upset with myself but if I let it get me I will be up 30 and back to where I started. Time to restart tracking, set up a written exercise plan, find some great quick healthy meals and prep it all. I am not getting younger and its harder and harder to restart. I am tired of being and feeling and looking like this but my mind tricks me and I keep saying welll it has always been like this.. you just cant do it. That is my first reset I need to make/change.
