    In DC for the week so not going to have a weigh in this week... Hoping with being out of the house that weight will not go sky high... Making the commitment to be on every day in May.. I get back from DC on the Sunday so I am start Monday Fresh and New.

    My Uncle Paul passed. My last uncle 😢 He & my aunt were married over 72 years. He was 97 & she just turned 92.
