 Proof I need this group for accountability. I took a month off and now I’m up 3.4 pounds. Honestly haven’t gotten back into the swing of things this week. Been working 12-14 hour days and it leaves me with little energy to workout or make better food choices. Can’t let this be my excuse. Need to reassess and start with a baby step or two. What are your go to actions that get you back on track? This upcoming week I will focus on getting back to a gallon of water a day.
 For me to get on track, I can’t overwhelm myself. I set a couple of small goals and build on it each week. Reporting here daily also helps me. Right now my main goals are exercise and logging my food. Every year, I come home from holidays and don’t start logging my food. I have been terrible with exercise the last 6 months. Make sure your goals are smart goals.

            Haven't smoked weed in a week. Longest I've gone in 12 years. Trying CBD tonight to help with sleep. Last night I slept on and off for 6 hours which is the most I've gotten all week. I'm still so tired and fatigue. Went for a run this morning and I'm exhausted. Blah. My next 5km race is Saturday. Just want this to be over with.4

 Just finishing my coffee and then off to the pool. I didn’t exercise yesterday but was aware of moving so I got at least 4200 steps to hit 2.9km for the day for my Apple badge for July. I have 4 days done and need 10 more.
