I was so disappointed with this numbers this morning. Last week I had a 1.6 lbs loss and that was with 2 days out of 7 eating over 4000 calories. This time I ate well for 7 days in a row, and I only have this tiny, useless loss. I understand weigh loss gets harder the less you weigh, but I am still well over 200 pounds so it just pissed me off. Yesterday my weight was 215.1 and I really expected it to be down this morning; instead it went up! I hate how it can be so illogical and sometimes I just want to give up.

I had a good session at the gym this morning.Did 45mins Dance fit class & then some weight training.I am pleased that I can still lift the same weights as I haven't used them at the gym for a while.
@Pupowl thank you for your concern,thankfully my sore throat hasn't got any worse but the side of my tongue is very sore.Ive not had a look to see why ,maybe it will stop me feeding my face with the party leftovers !! 🤣 I love your selfie,Tinus is such a poser.The puzzles are such lovely colours too.

Finally went away yesterday taking my medication 1x sometimes I have to take it 2 or 3x & it's expensive $150 for 6 pills
I had a horrible price on one of my thyroid meds $90 and the last time I got it filled, I asked them to check the price through goodrx and I got it for $52...might try that option. Doesn't always work, but usually cheaper than the insurance prices!

Good morning Shape Shifters. It was the first morning with frost on the ground and it would have been perfect for a walk, but I was too lazy! Instead I did laundry, cuddled Tinus and played Yahtzee and Solo online which was a nice way to pass the time. Happy Saturday everyone
