What a crazy week I had! Two parties this week with lots of food! I did ok with it. I didn't eat like I normally would have. But I see my hard work this week didn't pay off at all.
I exercise in the morning and in the evening. With no luck of losing this unwanted weight!
I would like to give up now! But I won't! I have to learn to take the bad with the good! I would just love to see more good days than bad!

@alleykat69 Sounds like you did in fact have more good days than bad. Two parties where you didn't eat as much as you did in the past is pretty impressive! 0.2 lbs is like one big poop (TMI? ) and it is gone again, so don't sweat it.3

Day 96 of chest cold. Ugh. Okay, not really -- but it *feels* like day 96!
Today the weather turned warm so I was out early for backyard yoga and mediation with the cats. My tortie girl "Wookie Bear" always tries to eat the mat.
In the afternoon I walked over to the Fort and took some photos of areas I thought you guys might find interesting.They would hide the cannons behind these big earth works and they're designed to fire upon ships and submarines. This is along the mouth of the Columbia river which runs into Portland Oregon. Edit: I should mention there is at least one Ghost Hunters show where they visit this fort! They say they go into the "catacombs" lol, it's just the magazine storage room. Nobody lived down there or died down there but they did play it up really well on TV, lol, we had a watch party for that and a good laugh.
A nice day. With my cold I've been up all night coughing and eating at really irregular times and feeling out of it. I also had a really bad headache today that didn't want to respond to ibuprofen. I will start to track calories again when I get back to a 24 hour normal day!

Good morning Shape Shifters. Not a very interesting day here. I got my walk in, thankfully no headache this time so it was a lot more enjoyable. I got another package with really cute flower plates and a bowl. I needed a new water jar with a lid (because Tinus' hair flies around) but then I saw these on sale and I had a birthday discount coupon as well. I didn't need the flower stuff, but it was just too cute. I listened to some nice podcasts while gaming, but otherwise it was pretty quiet and boring. My rainbow tracker was looking really good again this week so I am happy.walk, good sleep & foodHappy Sunday everyone

I took my measurements (in centimeters if you are confused) this morning. It was also the last day of my paper journal. I still find tracking on paper very helpful and for some reason more impactful than using MFP. I really love this journal and I plan to keep using them as long as they work, so starting a new one tomorrow. My numbers are looking pretty good. Compared to when I had my previous lowest weight in Jan 2020 when I went to the gym, some things are currently a little higher but overall the differences aren't that big. Walking is free, the gym is expensive. I have only been using the gym rings for a month as well, so lots more to improve there. Being in nature is also super important for my mental health. I like what I am doing now and the routine I have seems to work so I will continue with my walks and the gym rings at home.
