Yes, I miss it too. It was the best way to keep up with Sparkfriends who aren’t on your 5% challenge team. What don’t these sites get about the power of interpersonal communication?
I’ve been consumed all week with preparation for my nephew to start painting the house and do a few repairs. One end of my living room is stacked with boxes of books from my two tall bookcases. I’m grateful that we don’t have a huge house, that we did The Great Cleanout two years ago, that new paint and carpet has motivated us to do The Great Cleanout Round Two, that choosing new carpet was pretty painless and that we’ll have to live with boxed up out of place stuff for only another week or so after the paint job till the carpet is installed. 🤞🏼🤞🏼🤞🏼0 -
I liked the news feed also. I'm glad we have this chat thread. I'm also on the spark friends group and BLC. Most of my Spark friends are on these three groups. Here's the Sparkpeople friends link

@walkintofit - Did you see my post above about Spark friends? I found some of mine there.
I'm so sorry you're feeling sad, I hope you're able to push past those feelings and have a good day!

@walkintofit sorry your feeling at a loss, I am joining the sparks time hoping to get back in touch with those who I lost because of no newsfeed.
Happy Monday all.

Off today so getting in my 45 min walk at the gym after my Dr’s appointment since I will most likely have my 6 month labs drawn. This afternoon I’ll get in my Pliability: Full Form and 60 min walk after dinner. I’m raising the intensity of my gym walks by going to Wal-Mart and buying a backpack and going to put the weights from my weighted vest to make a less expensive ruck.2 -

Good morning! I like your post today @macrat12! Happy Juneteenth!
I'm not sure how long it's going to take for me to build my endurance back up. I did get over 10,000 steps yesterday. Today is a different story. However I did go for an outside bicycle ride for 30 min., I followed a circuit training video on Body Project, went for a 30 min swim (nothing vigorous) and completed a 5000 step walking video. I'm sure tomorrow I'll want to rest.
I hope everyone has a great day!
Here's one of the videos I did.

Happy Wednesday. Saw the Ophthalmologist. He will remove the cataracts from my right eye on the July 29th and on August 5 remove the cataracts from my left eye. It rained hard this morning so didn't get a walk in. When it finally stopped around 3:30 I didn't feel like walking. The rain did cool down the weather, 79. Have a great rest of the day. Hugs and blessings.

Good morning everyone, I don't often post on here but I try to keep up.I'm not having an active day so far, it's so hot. I usually take the dogs out & walk for 1.5+ hours but all I did with husband is take them for 20min walk after church & I'm already tired from the heat. Hope later I will feel up to a few YouTube exercises. Going to find inside things to do today & start outside early in the morning2

My youngest brother had a massive heart attack this morning. 99% blockage and 2 stints.
No fun!
My DH and I went for lunch with the motorcycle group. I had grilled fish and not the bun. So I did good.
Workout before we left so got that done! Took a swim and a nap this afternoon.
