    Well I donโ€™t feel any different today at 60 than I did yesterday at 59. I donโ€™t know what I was expecting. We are either having Chinese food or pizza later. Of course, we will have cake. I hope everyone has a great Saturday.

    Long flight, but not too bad. Walked around city last night, had a nice dinner out. Couldn't sleep, up at 3:00 AM Hawaii time. I don't know if I will check in every day - but might. I treat this a kind of a diary to keep me accountable. Even if I don't meet my calorie goals, I need to LOG every day. The key to my success. Here is the view from my room. Beach day today!

    Nice day, when we were swimming two sea turtles swam close to us. We were going to take a swim with the turtles trip - but now can save our money. Apparently it is a $1000 fine if you touch them, but what it they touch you? LOL. Going to bring our underwater camera pouch today to see they come back. Hope to get some pictures. Good day eating. I boxed up 1/2 of the entre for breakfast/lunch at a future date. But am thinking a lot of sodium. Until tomorrow.

    Good morning! Well I did go for a short walk in the stupid heat. It was out of necessity as we needed milk. I only went to the drugstore which wasnโ€™t very far. I think they said it hadnโ€™t hit the temperature yesterday in over 30 years. I shouldnโ€™t complain as my husband works outside. I also used my dumbbells yesterday and walked around the apartment. Food wasnโ€™t great yesterday but it was more that I didnโ€™t eat much. My weight is still up 2 pounds. Itโ€™s not just from the Chinese food. The weeks of stress eating are catching up on the scale.

Didn't see the turtles but, I'm getting my blue water and sand fix. Read, walked around the city. My knees were pretty sore, but I did it. Another day of eating above my calorie range.

    Thanks for the reminder. Here is my weigh in. Funny thing, woke up and couldn't get back to sleep. So I got up and did my MFP stuff - weighed in at a 146.4, pretty disappointed with myself. Then finally went back to be at 4:00 AM and woke up at 7:00 - got back on the scale 145.4. so I am going with that! ๐Ÿ˜

    Good morning. It is not going to be as hot today but it will still be in the 40โ€™s C with the humid. I thought losing all the weight would make me tolerate heat better especially since I find the cold more. Anyone else find this? Only time I like it to be this hot is when I am on a beach with a pina colda in my hand. I will aim for better steps today.

    The most daring thing I ever did was jump out of a plane. I am terrified of heights and I broke my leg on my second jump. I went one more time but I decided not to go anymore. While it was an awesome feeling floating down once the chute opened the fear of climbing out on the strut of the plane and letting go was too much.

    Wow maintaining while on a vacation is great. Itโ€™s all those laps you are doing. Swimming burns a ton of calories.

    A rest from the beach day yesterday. Lap swim at the pool in the AM. Then more walking around the city, stopped for Sushi for lunch. Then came back to our hotel, watched a movie. Self sabatoged after being happy about maintaining my weight. It started off with having a couple of drinks. Always makes me throw caution to the wind, which is why I have mostly given up alcohol. Went out for ice cream and then to the to store and picked up some munchies (not a good thing), chocolate (it is dark chocolate) and stuff for dinner. A bumpy ride, but life is filled with those - back at it today - hoping for smooth sailing.

    I am working on fabric photo albums... I would someday like to make a business out of it ...which I would name all occasions fabric photo albums...
