This is a very inspiring post. What an amazing loss. Did you do anything in particular to get the extra 1000 steps each day? Great week. Next stop, onderland.
Thank you! I work from home so I found it hard getting steps in so I just make sure I move every hour. I also will do a lap or 2 outside on my break.1 -

Are you always late or Always early?
I am always early ..I hate to be late for anything1 -
I was (am?), unfortunately, the late person. It's something I've always hated about myself and have been trying to fix for years. Lately, something clicked a little and I've had some success with being on time and sometimes *gasp* even early.
I am no longer the friend people expect to be late all the time.1 -

Rented a car, took a scenic drive all around the island. Beautiful day, no exercise. Greg is feeling a little yucky, so will probably just relax today by the pool or on the beach.

Not a great week for weight loss but I did meet my new boss and I feel like there's no reason to be stressed out over the changing of the guard. I got about half my daily step goal in this morning and just turned in points from a health program at work for a replacement Fitbit yesterday so it should arrive in about a week.4 -

Another beach day - getting my blue water and sand fix! Also took a long walk to get to a dim sum restaurant that I wanted to try out. It was worth the walk. Very tasty. Went a little overboard with the food intake, salt, and booze - will try to detox today. Here I am on the beach!

Rest Day. Swam my laps in AM, then read my book on the balcony. Then back to the beach to hang in the water for an hour. Out to lunch, and then took a nap. Finished my book, ate leftovers for dinner. Then caught up on the news and a movie before bed. We have one more day in paradise before heading home.
