@PatriceFitnessPal That's nice to hear that my pictures help you! I think starting the day with nature is the best thing ever. It really impacts the rest of my day positively when I go for a walk first thing in the morning.4

Looking forward to a great week! @Pupowl I love the picture of the snail on the flower. I was in my garden yesterday and there was a mommy Monarch flitting from plant to plant laying eggs. Sadly I didn't have my phone with me.3 -
Congratulations to this week’s Shape Shifter leaders! I was especially impressed that our team had the highest percentage of members ‘in the green’ over the last five weeks! 🎉🎉2

So @frankwbrown got me curious. I had downloaded my weight graphs before, and enjoyed the downward trend, but I wanted to see what it looked like today. This is the past year from 8/5/2023 - 8/5/2024. You can clearly see where I went off the rails in July.
Frank, are you premium? Because I could only get the last year.1 -

I’m sorry this post is late! I know I was in the app on Friday so I don’t know why it didn’t post. I may have to start using the web version since I’ve had so much trouble posting recently.
I had a tooth pulled last Tuesday, along with a bone graft so I’ve been on a soft diet. After a second opinion, it was confirmed that the tooth was cracked, so it had to go, and I’ve started the implant process. Based on the bone loss, I’ve apparently had this hidden infection for a long time.
Interestingly, since the infection has been cleaned up and I was put on antibiotics, my blood sugar, which inexplicably increased late last year, has dropped to near normal levels. I’m hoping that continues.
Have a good week, y’all!5 -
What a nice surprise that your blood sugar level dropped @cre804! I hope your implant process goes smoothly.
@DaffyGirl88 - I have a regular account (not premium) and I’m able to see a chart of my progress since the beginning by selecting the “Since starting weight” option from the Date Range drop down menu. I hope that helps!

@frankwbrown and @PatriceFitnessPal Let's approach this from another angle. Where are you guys going to get this data? If I go to reports and choose weight I see last 7, 30, 90, 180 days and last year. If I select the Export button the drop down list is greyed out and has a yellow lock on it. Are y'all going to a different place? I see the Franks' chart says "My Weight" but mine just says "Weight". Thanks in advance.1

On the main menu, I selected ‘Progress’ and then adjusted the measure in the upper right corner to ‘weight’ (rather than steps or body measures). At the bottom of my screen (on my phone), I selected ‘Since starting weight,’ and it shows the graph with an option to export. I didn’t try exporting it but I don’t think you need a premium subscription. A screenshot is another option. I hope it works for you! 🤞1

@PatriceFitnessPal That explains a lot! I am on my computer and there is no "Progress" there. I DO see it when I look at my phone though, thanks for the help!!2 -

I wasn't aware of the Progress feature on the phone app. That's nice. A lot simpler than what I did. 🙂
On my laptop, I went to Reports, selected Export all data, got an email with a link, downloaded a zip file from the link, unzipped the file, imported one of the enclosed files into a Google Sheet, reordered the columns a bit, and finally created a chart in the Google Sheet spanning the date and weight data cells. It is that chart that I titled "My Weight" with a subtitle of "January 2015 to the present".
Here's what I got in the phone app's Progress "Since Starting Weight":

Daily step goal: 10,000

Hi @Pupowl! I saw your posts of late about how you felt regarding your posts and your recent struggles.
I just want to say that even though I’m in another F2F group I always popped in here to read your posts, in particular, because I very much enjoyed them!! I loved hearing about your walks in the forest and your beautiful photos. I miss your adventures that you used to share with us (those in your group and those of us who pop in to visit). I, for one, am really glad you’re working your way back to gaining control over your eating, taking the small steps with your current short posts. I really hope that soon you’ll be sharing your days with us again. 😀
You’re an inspiration!
Cherers!

I just wanted to pop in and share a photo I took while picking blackberries the other day We leave for a short vacation tomorrow morning to the Poconos. Unfortunately it’s supposed to rain the entire time. We’ll make the best of it though.
Plus I get some US shopping in, I always wonder what crazy and wonderful stuff the Americans have this time.4 -
Hi @daria0919 ! Thank you so much for popping in the Shape Shifters chat to leave such a nice comment. I really appreciate it. I also like to read all the other F2F groups because I often find helpful posts there and it's just fun to see what everyone is up to. I think I am just in a bit of slump with posting here lately, but I would also like to go back to my regular posts. For now though, the tiny ones will have to do. I also know people are busy and not everyone likes reading long posts, so at least they have some pictures to look at! Much love
@CasandraW Ohhh, I am so envious! I absolutely adore tree frogs even though I have never seen a single one in my life. They are so tiny and cute. I always look when I pass blackberries, but no luck so far. They are pretty rare in the Netherlands sadly, but I will keep looking. Have fun on vacation!

@JenHul Thanks for sharing the picture! That looks very fun, but yeah, I can imagine it is hard work. I remember a few years ago I got rollerblades because I always enjoyed that as a kid. I just couldn't do it! Not enough leg strength. I also don't believe I am invincible anymore lol, so I was scared to fall even though I had protection on. I will just stick to the 'boring' things like walking.4

Finally cool here after WEEKS of around 100, ugh. Been too hot to workout lately. Had a huge storm hit last night. My home was fine but it uprooted trees, knocked over fences, and part of my works roof was ripped off.6 -

@angmarie28 I need your daily step goal for August please. It was blank on July and we asked but never received a response. Please advise. Thanks!
