Halfway Progress Photo - 62 pounds down
Halfway through my goal. 62 pounds down. I cut out alcohol, changed jobs, and left an unhappy relationship. I have been walking with the aid of Pokémon Go! Heavy LT
not the best look to be a heavy LT. Want to lose approx 30-50 lbs. I lift very regularly (4-5 days per week) in the morning (around 6 PST). Working out hasn’t been too difficult, but nutrition is what gets me (big time volume eater). I’d love to get more consistent for meal planning.
