When the day ends
Usually, I don't count my end of day cal untill I go to bed around 2am cuz sometimes I'll eat closer to then. I would count this as technically the day before. Is there a coffee that you enjoy drinking black? I have tried a couple but nothing seems to stick for me. I usually put Coffee Mate hazelnut creamer but the calories add up.
