What are some great meal prep ideas?

Hello,
I’m looking to get back into meal prep. Something easy that won’t take long to make for breakfast, lunch and dinner. I’m very active physically and go to work and school time. I’m in need of meals that can provide the energy needed to sustain what I do, thank you again!

    I’m a fan of pancakes.

    2 eggs
    2 small cups of oats
    1/2 tbsp salt
    3 tbsp honey
2 bananas (and berries if you like)
Milk (to smooth out the mixture as needed)
    1/2 tbsp baking powder
Toss these ingredients into the blender and blend until smooth.

Then, heat up your pan and slowly pour the batter onto the pan, cooking on both sides.

Eat it with butter and honey. It tastes great and takes only about 5 minutes to make!

I came up with a good recipe to make a whole lot of broccoli:

Whenever I make a recipe that freezes well, I will make a triple or quadruple batch and freeze in individual portions to microwave later. Tripling most recipes is not triple the work, especially if you use a food processor for tasks like chopping onions. Categories that freeze well are braised dishes, such as bolognese sauce for pasta, coq au vin, dak dori tang, chicken cacciatore, curries, boef bourgignon or other stews. Also meatballs, meat loaf, traditional or vegetable lasagnas.
