It's not too late to join this fun and supportive challenge as our teams race in a friendly competition to reach the weekly goal. We also earn points for participation in weekly Healthy Habits. The teams are scored in the areas of fitness, Healthy Habits, and, of course, weight loss.

Healthy Habits By The Week
Week 1A: Visions of Losing Inches: Take Your Measurements1B: Visions of Knowing Your Team: Meet The Cheerleaders
1C: Visions of Learning to Know Yourself: Journaling
1D: Visions of Success: 8-Week Healthy Habit Focus! (Instructions for details of this activity are included at the beginning of the original post on the Community Team page.)
Week 2: Visions of Hydration: Drink Your Water
Week 3: Visions of a Great Night's Sleep: Hours of Sleep
Week 4: Visions of Satiety: Am I Hungry Snack Pack
Week 5: Visions of Taking Time for Myself: Me Time
Week 6: Visions of Taking Time to Breathe: Practice Breathing
Week 7: Visions of forgetting the Number: Non Scale Victory
Week 8: Visions of Flexibility: Dance
During week 8 we will take our measurements again.
After week 1 we do each activity for two weeks with the exception of the 8 week Healthy Habit focus which is done daily for the duration of the challenge.
