7 day LOG IT ALL challenge 12/22-12/29 Holiday beat down

Holiday week.
This is going to be hard!
Christmas parties, Family gatherings, treats galore... feelings will be eaten.
This week, you NEED accountability, I NEED accountability, and this challenge is going to help us out!

I just started my fitness journey a month ago and i'm down 14 pounds. I'll be out of state, staying with my parents, and i dont want to blow the progress i've made. I'm pretty damn proud of what i've done over the last 30 days. So i'll be here, every day, reporting in.

Seasoned vet or brand new, keto, paleo, high protein, not on a diet, it doesn't matter, join in and start the new year ahead of the rest, guilt free!

    I logged every morsel of my 1000+ calorie breakfast today.
    Not only will I log everything, every meal will be under 1000 calories!

    Sunday - only 1000 calories and 55g protein. Long day of driving, but still got 7k steps in

    Monday - still have supper to go but have 25 g of protein left and 1000 calories to spare, 7300 steps, and used a day pass at planet fitness to get my workout in.

    Logged yesterday. About 100 calories over goal. Not bad for the holidays.
    Logged today. Unless I go crazy tonight, I will be about 15 calories over goal.

    1850 total calories and 30 protein short. 500 more steps to go. no workout/no gym

    732 calories over my deficit goal. Oops!
    Just a 🎄 hiccup in the long run.

    Decided I would just log protein today, way short. Positive I stayed far under my calorie goal, I didn’t eat much. We went for Chinese for Christmas meal and it wasn’t very good. Got in 8k steps though, so today was a win. If mom’s scale is right, I’ve dropped 2 lbs this week! Will weigh in when I get back home Sunday morning.

    Finished the day at 207 under.
    Full from yesterday, but protein was low today, so I'll probably overeat tomorrow.

    Finished with 8k+ steps. Hard to log today, everything was a combination of ingredients. I’m going to rack it up as a cheat meal day. I didn’t binge anything but it was a snack on leftovers kind of day. Heading home tomorrow and can get back to meal prep and proper logging. One loss out of 7 days is acceptable.

    all day driving, only 2k steps. didnt log, but had a hamburger with no bun for lunch and grabbed chickfilayhole for supper. so... calorie goal met. Home now. Break is over. back to grinding goals! All in all it was a successful week. didnt binge, didnt overeat, and got my steps in everyday (aside from driving days).
