Better weightloss
So I've started going to the gym 3xpw doing 2 sessions treadmill and 1 session swim. I am sticking to 20 lengths swimming but the treadmill I need some advice on. I'm wondering is it more beneficial to do the 5k walk on an incline of 7 sub 1hr or walking for 4.30 and sprinting for 0.30 on an incline of 2. Not sure if this…

Was surprised to see I had gain 6 pounds over the holidays. Not the end of the world just like to keep myself in check. Decided to work on all areas of my life. Here's to eating better and moving more!

Vegetarian training for first St. Jude half marathon.
