Back on MFP

Hello. It has been a while since I have been on MFP, but here I am. I was diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes a couple years ago, and have managed to lose 40 lbs after than keep that off mostly, but I am still on a low dose of medicine to control the diabetes. I am now working to lower my A1C even lower by modifying my diet and continue to exercise. I have started down a Keto trail, but I don't plan to get into the large saturated fats. Not really worrying about trying to lose a specific amount of weight, that kind of comes automatically with the changes in eating habits. So, here I am going down the path.
