Audiobooks For Motivation

Hi!

I could tell you my long journey/story, but it mirrors so many others. I'm planning to begin increasing my walking and I'm hoping audiobooks will cure a lot of issues I have staying motivated. Does anyone have any suggestions? I loved the movie Brittany Runs A Marathon so that's sort of my vibe. I used to be an avid runner before an injury/gaining weight. I've added "It Was Me All Along" by Andie Mitchell and "Always Too Much and Never Enough: A Memoir" by Jasmine Singer. I am into weight lifting too... I've tried listening to 80/20 and I think it's great when I'm looking for training advice, but not so much when I'm just trying to get an hour's worth of boring steps into my day lol. I appreciate any advice!

I enjoyed Your pace or mine by Lisa Jackson, it's sub title is what running taught me about life, laughter and coming last. She's an interesting lady.
