Vitamins
It would be great to have more vitamins tracked, like vitamin D, folate and B vitamins.

New, 26, cirrhosis patient with anemia wanting to stay and get healthier and gain muscle, too thin
Hey guys. I'm new here. Diagnosed with cirrhosis in Jan 2024 and am currently relatively OK as I was almost dead in Jan from drinking. Not drinking at all now and have a nutritionist but have to wait until august. Anything I can do to get healthier from people who can share tips or know liver friendly diets, exercises etc,…

Intermittent Fasting and Vitamins
Hi. When I am fasting can I take my multivitamin with water? Or do I have to wait for the period when I begin eating?

Keeping Track of More Nutrient Goals (Vitamins)
One thing I really wish was the Nutrient list on MFP to add more Vitamins. Like keeping track of your daily B vitamins, Magnesium, etc. Has anyone heard of this being talked about or added?

Fasting/ tips/ weight loss
I'm 33, female. Been fasting for 10 days (also 12 days no alcohol) I've lost 6lbs since I started weight myself 3 days ago. I've been supplementing live cultures including kefir, apple cider vinegar (with the mother) and ginger mixture to break my fast followed with a few bites of fiber. These work in harmony together for…

How much electrolytes are too much?
Hi there, I'm in my second week of going low carb/no sugar. I'm feeling good, supplementing with vitamins, still eating a good amount of low carb greens, along with good quality meats fish butter eggs cheese dairy. Trying to do 3 to 6 miles a day, training for a half marathon... Live at super high altitude. I've been…

Track Folate for Pregnancy
It would be great if you were able to have a category for Folate/Folic Acid to track on a daily basis. I am trying to consume my daily intake through food and not supplements, but it is hard to track my daily total

Logging
Should I be logging my multivitamin and calcium supplements? They do improve the minerals and vitamin intake. Let me know.

Tracking Vitamins and Minerals
I am testing out the MFP app to understand if it will show you vitamins and minerals. I do see the app shows Sodium, Potassium, Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Calcium and Iron. However, I was wanting something similar to a long list or panel of Vitamins and minerals that are in the food I log and supplements I take (B-12, Vitamin…

Supplements
I see in the nutrition reports mention of many vitamins and nutritional supplements kind of items like Calcium. Would like a way to track supplements.

would like to enter minerals and trace elements
I would like more of these: + Want more vitamins, minerals (such as magnesium, ...) and trace elements to track - in mg so you can set your own individual nutrient goals, but not in % + List salt and sodium separately (they are not the same and often there is only salt listet) + Being able to enter medication would also be…

add an option for entering mg or percentages for vitamin a, c, d, iron, and calcium.
I was double checking my vitamins to see what information was listed in the app compared to the bottle; and it seems that companies usually list the dosages of each ingredient in mg instead of a percentage. I found that lots of vitamins that have been entered in the database already have put in the mg count instead of…

Daily Section for Vitamins/Supplements
Because there's no "vitamins" section, I will have to add all of my vitamins/supplements and then make them their own "meal" so your app's calculator can know how much/many nutrients I'm taking in every day. If there was a catagory for vitamins, I could just put them there instead. :)

Dizziness, Pins & Needles, Tingling and feeling cold.
I’ve been using the app for coming up to a month now on my calorie deficit. I recently had my 40+ NHS health check and my blood pressure, and cholesterol are fine. The last fortnight I’ve had dizzy spells, particularly tough on stairs. I’ve also started experiencing pins and needles sensations in my arms and hands,…
