Tracking Vitamins and Minerals

I am testing out the MFP app to understand if it will show you vitamins and minerals. I do see the app shows Sodium, Potassium, Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Calcium and Iron. However, I was wanting something similar to a long list or panel of Vitamins and minerals that are in the food I log and supplements I take (B-12, Vitamin D, L-Lysine etc). I am doing the one month trial. Is what I am looking for available with MFP or do I have the wrong application?

No, MFP is crowd sourced and the only micro information will be what’s available on a standard nutrition label. Cronometer is the app I’ve seen recommended for the higher level of detail you’re looking for.1

You can look up some of the nutrients, but be dubious of the data. As @COGypsy wrote, most of the entries were created from other users, and they may not have been motivated to add ALL of the data. Even if they were, manufacturers can change their formulation, and then the data is no longer valid.0
