Should I be logging my multivitamin and calcium supplements? They do improve the minerals and vitamin intake. Let me know.

Sure, why not.
I log mine when I remember. I don't know why though, I never look at the breakdowns.

Personal choice. I mostly don't log my supplements, but I know I'm taking them and how they complement what I eat, so I don't find it necessary. If it helps you, log them. If I were taking something high calorie I'd log it, and I sometimes log something new as part of remembering to take it, but don't usually log supplements otherwise. Whatever works best for you is fine.1
