I was double checking my vitamins to see what information was listed in the app compared to the bottle; and it seems that companies usually list the dosages of each ingredient in mg instead of a percentage. I found that lots of vitamins that have been entered in the database already have put in the mg count instead of converting it into a percentage, making it hard for me to track what vitamins and minerals i'm getting each day.
If there was an option for entering either a mg or %, it would help me figure out if i'm reaching my daily goals with vitamins as well, and could help others figure out if supplements would benefit them as well.
