Intermittent fasting
For weight loss is this useful to do at the same time as reducing calories or should you stick to 3 meals a day? I’ve been doing 16/8 for a year and only eating lunch and dinner. Now on a diet of Monday to Thursday 1640 cal and Friday to Sunday 2100. Lost 10lb in the last 4 weeks. Would I lose more without fasting? Does…

When we lose weight, where does it go?
I was curious, so I looked it up, watched a fascinating Ted Talk about the mathematics of weight loss and learned this: 84% of fat is exhaled as CO2 (carbon dioxide) 16% of fat is excreted as H20 (water) Not sure if it's accurate, but it was really interesting, and definitely over my head!
