Water reminder
I am terrible at remembering to drink water. Would love to be able to set a reminder(s) through the day as a reminder to drink water (just like the "step in the scale" reminder. I have a tendency to fill the water bottle and it sits on my desk. Would like the option to set custom reminders in the app as well.

Why aren't you allowed to set water intake goals?
Water intake is a cornerstone of any fitness plan and should be adjusted according to exercise, weight/BMI, fiber intake, etc. How does a food and fitness tracking app not have this feature - especially when they want you to pay for a premium subscription?

Automatic Water update
It would be beneficial if the app automatically updated water consumption based on food items; i.e. when I have added liquid to a "My Meal" entry the app would automatically load the units ( ounces, ml, etc) towards my total daily water consumption.

Pre and post workout
I worked out yesterday and weighed myself pre and post workout. The scale said I lost 3 lbs after my workout. Now when I weighed myself pre, I was fasted. Post weigh in was after workout and drinking water. How can you lose that much in one workout. Water weight? All I did was walk for 30 and stretch for over 10 minutes.

Intermittent fasting
For weight loss is this useful to do at the same time as reducing calories or should you stick to 3 meals a day? I’ve been doing 16/8 for a year and only eating lunch and dinner. When we lose weight, where does it go?
I was curious, so I looked it up, watched a fascinating Ted Talk about the mathematics of weight loss and learned this: 84% of fat is exhaled as CO2 (carbon dioxide) 16% of fat is excreted as H20 (water) Not sure if it's accurate, but it was really interesting, and definitely over my head!
