Is there a way to customize the water icons to reflect different volumes? My default water bottle is 16 oz. But this is not an available default on the log. Yes, I use the "custom", but would like to set my personal defaults.

So MFP has the Sleep feature, yet, despite being synced do Garmin connect where it accesses my activities, somehow can't gain my sleep data? Same for water consumption, I log water consumption directly on my watch, and yet, it doesn't sync to MFP.

I am terrible at remembering to drink water. Would love to be able to set a reminder(s) through the day as a reminder to drink water (just like the "step in the scale" reminder.
