Introduction

Hello! I'm 5'4 and 125lbs, my goal is to get into the 105ish range. I've been on and off with weight loss most of my life, I've been successful a few times but often I end up gaining it back. My goals are to make a consistent change to my behavior around food, to get more exercise, and drink more water. Thank you to whomever is reading and (hopefully) this will be a more longlasting change than previous attempts!

    125 my thoughts why 105? . You ever thought about doing more weights than diet. I bet 125 turn to muscle would look better than that 105. Just think about it. 105 is really really skinny. My 71 yr old mother is 115. Going to the gym walking and working out her arms
