I'm new to MyFitnessPal and want to try it out for tracking. I don't count calories as I follow a WFPB lifestyle. Still, I want to know if I'm getting a balance of nutrients (macro and micro), precisely enough hydration and fiber daily. Also, looking over my meals, I want to see various recipes and identify some common ones I return to often. I generally only eat two meals (breakfast and dinner), but that is not a hard rule. My schedule and body seemed to sync up for that planning. Therefore, I try to ensure my breakfast is hearty and nutrient-dense enough to carry me through until dinner. I tend to stop eating by 7p. I'll try the intermittent fasting feature out of curiosity. :)
