How come I’m gaining weight on my caloric deficit?

so I was seeing my weight melting off for about a month. Now I’m up a few pounds I’ve been eating pretty healthy & have been seeing my stomach going down. Could it be muscle?

You're looking at way too small a time period. Could be water weight, hormones, change in temperature, change in exercise. What it's very unlikely to be is muscle - building muscle, especially in a calorie deficit, is hard work and takes time.

You had a month of losses and now you've had a short blip because weight loss tends not to be linear, and bodies are complex. That's perfectly normal.
