So MFP has the Sleep feature, yet, despite being synced do Garmin connect where it accesses my activities, somehow can't gain my sleep data?

Same for water consumption, I log water consumption directly on my watch, and yet, it doesn't sync to MFP.

The sync isn't necessarily a total mind-meld between the two apps/devices that includes everything that each one knows. Take a look at the MFP or Garmin documentation to see what is expected to sync.

This would be one place to start that investigation here on the MFP side:

    https://support.myfitnesspal.com/hc/en-us/articles/360032274232-What-kind-of-products-and-apps-work-with-MyFitnessPal

If it's not syncing things that should sync, submit a trouble report through the Help function, ideally reporting it to both companies. If it's not designed to sync at this point, post it as a feature request in this part of the Community here:

    https://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/categories/feature-suggestions-and-ideas

. . . and on the relevant location on Garmin's site.

    Apologies for any frustration.

At this time, sleep data can only be tracked through Apple Health or Health Connect. You can read more on this here.

The ability to sync water from other sources is not available in the app.

I've passed along your feedback to the appropriate teams to think more about!
