Just popping in to say hello and introduce myself!
I'm Deb, live in the Fernandina Beach area of Florida, and am hoping that MyFitnessPal will help me heal quicker (recent surgery) by helping make sure I'm getting enough protein and water. I find that being accountable (even to an app) helps me stick with things.

Hi Deb!

I'm not that far from you geographically... I'm in Green Cove Springs.

I started tracking my food 3 weeks ago and going to the gym just a few days ago. I also need to be held accountable, if even by an app.
