I had to see a doctor over trying to get my weight to go down because I wasn't sure what it was I was doing wrong, seems to be working for me now. I was just told to decrease my sodium, Huh that easy huh? Lol nope. I didn't think it would be as hard as "don't eat too much salt." What have you guys done or are doing/plan on…
