Starting weights!
Let's all post our starting weights again! I know, no one wants to admit it AGAIN, but just for everyone to be able to see in the group rather than the forum! I will put my starting weight at 179lbs!
sauna weight loss tips
I was reading an article that if you spend 20-30 minutes for sauna, u can burn up to 100-500 calories per section. It increase your cardiovascular output by 50-75%, very similar to cardiovascular exercise. There are also other benefits too.
