New to the group, but not to the total gym. Bought mine 20ish years ago to get strength for drawing a bow. Which I succeeded within a year. Currently I am using it to strengthen my heart..heart attack last week. And to loose weight, and get fit again. Currently 225lbs...started at 235

How often do you rest?
I just started using my totalgym about two weeks ago when it came. I'm doing the total beginner workout. I have been doing it at least 3 times a week. I also like to walk outside. Have you leveled up?
I have not yet leveled up but I am looking forward to it. I am on incline 2 for most of my workout and then I switch to 1 for chest (and just don't readjust after). It works. :smile:
