It seems the more weight I loose the more my TOM's come more naturally once a month, now granted they ain't there yet but much much better! Instead of twice a year now they are once every 2-3 months. Have you noticed it or is it just me lol

Weight loss = no period
Everytime I start losing weight my period disappears, and I have no idea why?? It's like when i'm eating whatever I want my period comes *even though it's really bad, and messy* but then I start eating right and losing weight my period goes away.. Is this normal??
