C-Section belly
Hello Ladies! I gave birth to my daughter 12 weeks ago via c-section. And sadly the c-section exasperated the already horrible belly that PCOS so graciously helped to create. While I am steadily loosing weight my belly still looks horrible! Does anyone have any great workouts to help get rid of this? Thanks!

Does this ever end?
I was diagnosed with PCOS in March of this year and my obgyn put me on the pill. After the diagnosis I did some (admittedly light) research and everything I was reading said I needed to lose weight to help with my symptoms. That brought me here. My biggest question is: Have you, or someone you know, lost weight and gotten…

New Here and Hoping Some Can Relate
Hi all! I'm new to the group, just diagnosed with PCOS and Metabolic Syndrome Monday. I have been having difficulty losing weight for about 5 years now. Most doctors just wrote off my complaints and referred me to WW. Last year I finally went to see an endocrinologist, but the only thing he had to say was that I was…

6 month obgyn check up
Well, yesterday was my 6 month check up. First thing the doctor noticed was the fact that I have lost a lot of weight. He said I was doing great. Told me that 180 pounds would be an excellent weight for me to get to to try to get pregnant, which is my goal weight. Said once I get to that point, he will have me get off the…

Doctor Frustration
I had my first appt. with a specialist back in June as I had not had a period for a year while off birth control, and I was told that based on that and other visible symptoms I likely have PCOS. Metformin and Alcohol
Hey guys! So I know it is not recommended to binge drink on Metformin because of the risk of lactic acidosis, but what is acceptable? Maybe 2 drinks and no more than that? Also, if say, I WANTED to binge drink (I'm a college kid and graduation is coming up...) then is it safe if I stop taking my meds a couple of days…

What's the longest you've gone...?
My baby was born this past November and I still haven't had a period. Before having him I was averaging 3 periods a year (I did go a whole year before without one). "If everyday was like today..." message
You know the one I'm talking about. It says something like "If every day were like today... You'd weigh 208.3 lbs in 5 weeks" when you complete your food for the day. Usually it doesn't bother me but today it pissed me off. I've been really upset with PCOS this week, I think because I started a running program with a…
