Goals for May Workouts
What are you work out goals for May 2012? I will do (2) 5k races, complete stage 2 of NROL4W, begin stage 3 of NROL4W, complete my 10k training and lastly start a kickboxing class. Oh yeah I plan to burn 20000 calories in MAY!

Weight Loss?
How is everyone doing? According to the scale I've only budged about 4lbs downward and this is MY third week in. The old me would be like WTF, quit, and find solace in a greasy cheeseburger, fries, and a shake BUT the more informed me know that my body IS healthier than before the challenge. Day 1
Not sure how our checkins with this is going to go.. but for day 1, I did pilates and some cardio for about 1 1/2 hours this morning and I did some walking this evening with kids. I have a migraine now so i'm headed to bed early because i'm determined to make my 5 a.m. workout in the morning!!

Trying this out again
I stopped doing evening workouts because it made me to keyed up to go to sleep at nights. I'm giving this a try again, and just do strength training in the evenings so I won't work myself up before bed time.
