Fat or lbm? Fat in a week is doable but you need to eat alot.

If you cut carbs you lose water weight. But gain it back after incrasing carbs again.

My wife eats less than me always and after gym gap is bigger (we are same height and i am 25 pounds heavier). So in my own experience false.

About 188 cm (6'1.5) and 87 kg (192). Left relaxed right flexed.

Eat less, or exercise more. Or both.

You don't have to eat if you don't want and have enough energy to do your workouts. Your stats?

Is there opportunity to swim? I personally avoid any exercise in such heat.

How many reps you missed? If you feel you will be able to not miss reps try one more time. Can you try 37,5 Kg? Or best talk to trainer that gave you program.

Candito benching 325×1 and 225×around 20 i think at 185. But bench is his weakest lift his squat verry good... whats your stats op? Btw i am benching 110 :)

I might be wrong but i think by being 125 and 5 1 you burning smaller amount of calories by exercise than you think.
