It sounds like water and the weight of food eaten.

That seems high but I suppose it depends on your metabolism. I am 56 and I try to limit my daily calories to 1500.

keep an eye on your shoes to make sure there is enough cushion. I had pain in my legs and thought I would run through it only to discover I had shin splints.

After refraining from eating sugar and carbs for a couple of days, the sugar levels in the blood drop. I no longer crave sugar/ junk food but should I reintroduce it back into my system I then have to repeat the cycle.

Make sure to wear running shoes with cushion. I neglected to take it seriously and ended up with shin splints. I just had to happen once and I will never let it happen again.

It looks good but think I might try egg to bind it together and limit the bread crumbs and chess engine.

I have the perfect substitute for mashed potatoes...... Mashed Califlower. Take a couple of Califlower and boil them. I use a slow cooker for about 6 hours. Then drain the water and using a hand blender, I blend it until it is creamy. For added flavor , I sometimes add some garlic, sage, chives for color. Then I save it is…

I cut back when I was told that I was going to have to start having my cloths tailored if I did not cut back. I had to wear a suit to work. Sweatshirts did not cut it. SO much for the shrugs.

Try using yogurt. It adds moisture but there is not the fat in Mayo.

Generally about 1600 calories a day. I try to have 3 ounces of tuna fish at lunch with either black beans.

I exercise every other day so what I was asking my body to do is something that is a routine. I am eating about six ounces of chicken the prior day. I average about 1600 calories a day. My body had a full day of rest so I have to believe that my body had recovered from the prior workout.

It depends TO build muscle I do pyramids where I start with a set of 10 at 45 and drop the reps by two and increase the weight by 5 pounds for each set. The final set is usually 6 reps. The other option if I am just looking to tone my muscles, is lighter weights with maybe 20 reps.

What do you have for a snack. I sometimes have a piece of fruit or a few almonds but as a rule, I try not to eat after 7:00.

Try sardines. They are a delicacy and come in a tin so there is zero prep work.

Hunting in the fall and fishing during the summer.

Yes. The bottom line is they are both fats and fat=calories.

I will keep that in mind. I discovered that Trader Joe's carries it as well.

Health wise. Is one better than the other?

I bread the sausage apart with a knife and then I boil it. I think this helps to remove a a lot of the fat.

I would suggest fruit or possible a handful of nuts.

A nutritionist once told me to use olive oil afterwards but not for cooking. I was losing for a few weeks and then I hit a plateau for a couple of weeks. I use strictly olive oil because I thought it was best for my heart.
