Haha! I would imagine after a night of sleep and being properly hydrated they would. I found table 2 very interesting! https://www.jospt.org/doi/pdf/10.2519/jospt.1990.12.4.139

https://www.livestrong.com/article/447258-why-do-you-look-slimmer-in-the-morning/ If you google you will find all sorts of answers, but people do tend to look slimmer in the morning. Since I am a shorty, this is my favorite part of the article: "When you wake up in the morning, you're slightly taller, which may make you…

I would guess 20-24%. I like to use this website because along with pictures there is an explanation: https://www.ruled.me/visually-estimate-body-fat-percentage/ I think you will really start to notice a big difference when you get below 200. I can see some good shoulder development! Keep it up. Loose skin will hang more.…

OH MY! I don't really care about pancakes either, but that sounds amazing! *ducks* I also don't really care about donuts...but the cinnamon roll roll everyone was on totally made me crave them and I gave in :)

Brie baked in a pastry puff.

My brother in law makes this every year. It is very good! Spinach, Artichoke & Brie Stuffing Ingredients * 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil * 2 1/2 pounds spinach, washed (3 cups cooked and roughly chopped) * 2 cups chopped yellow onions * 1 tablespoon roughly chopped garlic * 1 tablespoon plus 2 teaspoons Emeril's Italian…

I saw a commercial tonight for Pillsbury Hot Cocoa Rolls. A google search lead me to this much better looking treat, Hot Chocolate Cinnamon Rolls with Marshmallow Glaze. I'll take 10 of them please!

I had a tooth pulled yesterday. Despite having 900 calories of mashed potatoes yesterday I am not sick of it!

I am craving some spicy ramen and a bacon cheeseburger.

This looks pretty thick - it just isn't very pretty looking!

Hmmmmmm coconut!

Several glasses of this...maybe with a little cinnamon sprinkled in.

I tried spaghetti squash for the first time this weekend. I was reluctant to try it because I am not a fan of other squashes. I thought it was delicious! I can see how there could be many flavor possibilities. This was one of the most interesting recipes I saw:…

@DoubleUbea I love Spanakopita - so much fun to say as well as eat! It does make me think that I should have baklava for dessert!

This weekend I saw a what was called a brownoli. It was a 2 brownies with cannoli in the middle! I can not stop thinking about it tonight. This picture is not exactly it but it was the closest I could find.

I guess I am not that picky. I am fine with reduced fat dairy, reduced calorie desserts. I can only think of one thing. I can't stand lean ground beef for burgers.

I love to feel full too! I bulk my meals up with low calorie items. You could have a small portion of the rich food that you like and bulk the rest of your meal up with low calorie foods. I would eat the low calorie items first and save the high calorie rich food for the end of the meal. Hopefully your belly is pretty full…

I have a pretty big appetite too. I just solve that by adding a large volume of low calorie foods to my meal. Broccoli, cauliflower, cabbage, green beans, cucumber, bell pepper, tomatoes, zucchini, watermelon, strawberries, cantaloupe, honeydew melon are some low calorie fruits and veggies that can be eaten in large…

I actually looked over the weekend for these! I didn't see them @ the grocery store. I am going on a 12 hour car trip soon and am going to keep my eye out when I fill up at the gas station!

When I first looked up the calories on strawberries I was stoked! I used to eat half the pint and save the rest for another day. I can just go ahead and eat the entire pint. :) Mustard and hot sauce where also pleasant discoveries.

This is tipping to the need side for me!!

I had the most delicious & beautiful pie this weekend. It was a purple yam filling topped with haupia (a coconut milk pudding or jello or something kinda in between the two) and whipped cream. I didn't have the calories and would eat it again!

If memory serves me correctly I am about half a pound lighter after the bloating went down - so not a significant weight change!
-
This is my post period pic where most of the bloat has dissipated. I wore the same pj's and tried to pose the same.

OMG! I used to love those swiss rolls! I would peel the chocolate off and eat that first. Then I would unroll a little bit of it and eat the unrolled portion. Unroll a little more and eat the unrolled portion. Repeat until gone. I wonder if they are still tasty or if I would still eat them that way.

4 hour Airplane ride - around 10 lbs. Even my shoes were tight! I think I lost 5 of them within 24 hours too!
