Having a gastric sleeve done is just a lazy way of saying that you cant do it by proper exercise and portion control. Losing weight is easy, just comes down to free will

It isnt IF when you are sleeping. It only counts when you have a reduced eating window of 6 hrs or less

I dont believe in cheat days, mainly because its never one day, normally turns into 3 or 4 cheat days and then 2 weeks of being on track is gone

I weight daily after morning movements. However like others have said i use an app whereby i see the weightloss over a week to get an overall picture. But i cut right back on eating and exercise 90 mins a day to get a continual loss, even if only a few hundred grams

Im doing 16:8 fasting and have so far lost 6.3kg in just under 4 weeks. However ive also cut right back on my eating to about 1000 calories a day and dont feel hungry, heaps of eggs, apples, mandarins and lots of water, dont feel hungry
