How often do you check the weight scale??

I do it once a week at least, don't take it too seriously though right now. It will jump up and down day to day and obviously throughout .0

I weight daily after morning movements. However like others have said i use an app whereby i see the weightloss over a week to get an overall picture. But i cut right back on eating and exercise 90 mins a day to get a continual loss, even if only a few hundred grams0

I weigh myself three times a week. My official weight is recorded on Monday. Then I do a mini check in on Wednesday and Friday. I feel like this strategy lets me see the fluctuations without feeling stressed out by them. I've done the daily weighing thing in the past and it's never really worked out for me, even though I am fully aware that fluctuations occur.0
