I eat a bit of chocolate everyday! Try to look for dark chocolate and have a bit to snack

I usually just drink coffee, milk, water and zero calories drinks; so I just log coffee and milk.

I agree the shape changes so maybe jeans are not the best option. For now I am just trying clothes that I have not wear in a long time (bc never really liked how they fit) and now they fit fine! I still have to lose more to fit comfortably in a leather jacket, it "fits" but not good.

Almost one month counting calories and I am not even near the amount of lbs I want to lose but I am starting to notice the changes in the mirror!

I loooove junk food but I'm trying to find better options. Yesterday I thought about having a cheat day but I manage to fit my cravings under my deficit!

I also have PCOS and started logging on August 2nd, 5kg lost in a bit less of a month :) I still eat lots of carbs but always try to stay under my deficit.

Smaller portions of regular snacks are perfect! 2 Oreos - 80 cals Half a cup of cereal with 1/4 of skim milk - 90 cals Square of dark chocolate - 40-60 cals

Sometimes just coffee with skim milk and Splenda can work for me but I always have dark chocolate at home and chocolate cereals. 1 square of dark chocolate is 40-60 cals 2 Oreos 80 cals Half a cup of chocolate cereal 60 cal

Ham and cheese wrap with coffee (yes, love coffee at any hour) and then a little bowl of cereal
