Are you sure you need to eat between meals? Oh, and quick and easy is what made me fat0

Smaller portions of regular snacks are perfect!
2 Oreos - 80 cals
Half a cup of cereal with 1/4 of skim milk - 90 cals
Square of dark chocolate - 40-60 cals

It's fruit, but I like an apple or pear dipped in spicy hummus or grapes with wasabi almonds. Both are sweet and salty and about 200 calories. Ezekiel with whipped peanut butter is good too.0

Some of my non fruit or veggie standards: Rice cakes with peanut butter or sugar free jelly (60-120cals,) Fiber one Cereal (60 cals,) cheese sticks (80-100cals), fat free sugarless Greek yogurt (80 cals), Turkey breakfast sausages with sugar free syrup (70 cals), and Turkey jerky (100 cals.)0

I adore Trader Joe's white cheddar corn puffs, and Smarty Delight White Cheddar popcorn. Both are 130 calories for 28 grams, which is a pretty decent sized bowl.1

Skinny cow ice cream, hummus and carrots , Cheetos cheese popcorn isn't too bad, chocolate peanut butter larabars, apples and peanut butter , low calorie chocolate pudding0

I like Real Foods Organic Original Corn Thins (1/2 serving, 1 slice, is 6 grams and 23 cals) with 15 grams of chunky peanut butter and sometimes a few slices of banana. It's filling and tasty.0

What is the calorie amount you are thinking of?
You can eat anything as long as it fits your goal. Some things are going to need to be smaller portions than other things but they may be more satisfying.
Nuts or seeds
cheese, cottage cheese
Yogurt
Hummus
Popcorn
granola bar
Hard boiled eggs
Tomatoes
Zucchini
Carrots
Broccoli
Sugar snap peas
Celery
Apple
Banana
Orange
Berries
Peanut butter and celery or fruit
Roasted chickpeas
Muffin
Dark chocolate0 -
My current go to snacks if need to keep calories down are pickles, baby carrots, cucumbers and hummus.
I plan for a 200 or so calorie snack in the afternoon and around 3-400 in the evening. But there are days when my other meals are more calorie dense than usual and I need to have my snacks be lighter.
It helps that my daily calorie goal is 2200 though.0 -
The only things that fill me up are protein/fiber or protein/fat/fiber. So a few nuts with an apple. A yogurt with an apple. A piece of cheese with an apple. Cottage cheese with an apple. Apples paired with something else are just the most filling thing for me ever. But alone... nope.
That comes out to 250 calories or so typically.
For less calories - big bowl of lettuce with some vinegar and cheese.0
