My goals are to drop 20 pounds so I can get to 200. Also to eventually quit smoking and hopefully drink once a week :) Are you following a diet plan or just counting calories?

Hi Echardman, 1100 Calories a day on top of exercise is not a lot of calories at all. I'm sure you'll reach your goal quicker but I think you need to up your calories a bit so you can lose it a bit healthier

Yeah man, I find not drinking incredibly painful. I think it's to do with not having a exact hobby and keeping my self occupied when not at work, as I finish work I'll find myself in the pub for few beers which add up in the week! Luckily I haven't smoked for very long. I started smoking when I was 22 so roughly 2 years now - I don't smoke at home I only crave cigarettes when I have a drink but I go extremely over board like I did on Tuesday. Drinking a bottle and a half on wine yesterday and also smoking a pack of 20 cigarettes + pepperoni pizza. Once I have a drink I find it hard to resist cigs :( I've stopped smoking at work so guess some positives
