The journey

Hello everyone! This is my first time writing in the forum so here's a small introduction. A few years ago I was weighing in at 190 consistently and then I tore my ACL, I didn't take good care of myself and within two years I was weighing 265. Last year I made the commitment to get back in shape and within a year I was 230. Now I'm working on the next step of the journey getting down to 210. I work out 6 six days a week and try to keep calories at 1100 a day, id love to hear about others journeys and add friends on the app to help keep me motivated

Hi Echardman,
1100 Calories a day on top of exercise is not a lot of calories at all. I'm sure you'll reach your goal quicker but I think you need to up your calories a bit so you can lose it a bit healthier
