Congratualations on taking the first step to losing some weight. Are you going to follow a certain diet or gong for Calorie in Vs Calorie out?0 -
You can do it with focus. Like above, what steps are you going to take to help? I use this app for calorie logging. I use a Fitbit for steps/exercise tracking.
